2. Overview

We collect as little data as possible. You can use all tools without an account. We currently use no analytics, no tracking and no advertising cookies.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Berlin. Every time you visit, the provider’s web server automatically records technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system.

This data is needed to deliver the website securely and to detect and fix attacks and errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website). The log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.

4. Files you use in our tools

Our tools process files and text directly in your browser wherever possible. In that case your files are not sent to our server, and we cannot see them.

If a tool ever needs server processing, the tool page says so clearly before you start; the files are then deleted immediately after processing.

5. Storage on your device

We only store what is strictly necessary for the website to work, for example your light/dark mode choice and your cookie consent decision. No consent is required for this (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). Details are in our cookie policy.

6. Fonts and external content

All fonts are hosted on our own server. When you load a page, no connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party servers.

The share buttons are plain links. Data is only sent to the respective service (e.g. WhatsApp or LinkedIn) when you click one of them.

7. Advertising (Google AdSense)

No ads are shown at the moment. If we start using Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in the future, advertising cookies and similar technologies will only be used after you have given your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Data may then also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will update this policy before such a change.

8. Contact by email

If you email us, we use your details only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to Omid57@gmail.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.

10. Changes

We update this privacy policy when our website or the law changes. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
